Draft — pending review

This is a working draft, not final or legally binding wording. It is published so the platform's real behaviour can be reviewed; final wording is pending operator and counsel review before the public launch.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We use them and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. This policy sits alongside the privacy policy.

2. Cookies we use

  • Authentication and session — set when you sign in so the console knows who you are and keeps you signed in. These are strictly necessary; the console will not work without them.
  • Security — used to protect against abuse and cross-site request forgery.

3. What we don't use

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data gathered through cookies. The website does not embed third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

4. Consent for non-essential cookies

Provisional — pending the tax / merchant-of-record rulingIf we later introduce any non-essential cookies (for example, product analytics on the website), we will ask for consent first and list them here. The exact consent mechanism is being reviewed with counsel and will be finalised before public launch.

5. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Because the authentication cookies are strictly necessary, blocking them will sign you out and prevent the console from working. Questions can be sent to privacy@vimiana.com.
